Dear Members and Beloved Students,

As part of the renewal and revision of our university's physical facilities, infrastructure and asphalt renewal work will commence around the A4 Entrance Gate starting at 07:00 on Saturday, 23.08.2025.

The work will be carried out in two phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2), and the scope of the procedures is detailed in the image below.

During Phase 1:

The outbound lane of the A4 Gate will be closed to traffic; traffic will be diverted to a two-way (entry-exit) flow through the inbound lane. Following the completion of the infrastructure work, the road will be temporarily opened to traffic in a stabilized condition before the asphalt is laid.

During Phase 2:

In this phase, the inbound lane of the gate will be closed to traffic, with two-way traffic being directed through the outbound lane. After the infrastructure work is completed, the entire road (both inbound and outbound lanes) will be fully closed to traffic for the single-pass asphalt paving.

The entire project is expected to take approximately 20 days.
