A comprehensive infrastructure renovation project will be carried out between May 26, 2025 and September 20, 2025, with the aim of modernizing the heating, hot and cold-water lines of the University's residential units numbered 1–37 and 1911, as well as the connection lines of the Eastern Dormitory Zone, in order to ensure sustainable living conditions. During this period, it is of utmost importance to take the necessary individual precautions in advance against potential water outages and to ensure the safety of life and property in the work areas.

To maintain the safety of both technical teams and residents throughout the duration of the project, we kindly ask for strict adherence to the following guidelines:

• Do not approach excavation areas under any circumstances.
• Comply with warning signs, direction indicators, and safety tapes.
• Keep children and elderly individuals away from active work areas.
• Take necessary precautions in advance against potential water outages (such as storing water for cleaning, drinking, and daily use).
• After the outage, allow water to run from taps for a while during first use to help clean the system.
• In case of any danger, negative situation, or suggestions, please immediately contact the relevant units via the following phone numbers: 2926, 6145, 6124, 6120, 6114.

All necessary precautions are being taken by our Division to minimize potential temporary disruptions. The understanding and cooperation of our lodging residents will significantly contribute to the effective and timely completion of the infrastructure renewal project.
